Sponsored research projects can rapidly propel early-stage technologies toward commercial partnerships. Our team will facilitate your collaboration with Triad Growth Partners researchers and, in doing so, help reduce the
financial risk associated with early-stage scientific research.

INVESTMENT PARTNERS

As our technologies move from applied science through development and commercialization, we make investments as needed for proof of concept or full-scale commercialization through our Hatchery Fund, an evergreen seed fund. Our business model includes identifying additional and future commercialization options and obtaining special rights to technology development or licenses which may be developed by a start-up or commercial partner.

Depending on the stage and nature of the investment, in some cases, we provide mezzanine financing, a loan that includes warrants or options on the stock of companies.

Triad Growth Partners welcomes interest from strategically aligned investors for potential syndication, joint ventures or follow-on venture investment.
